Is Trooos free to use?
Yes. Posting, bidding and requesting are free.
How do I sign in?
Enter your email address and we’ll send you a 6 digit code. There’s no password to remember.
Who can see my phone number?
Buyers who tap “Buy it now” on products you’re selling, and you see the numbers of people who bid on or request your products. Your number is never shown on public pages.
How long does an auction last?
7 days from when you post it. The highest bid when it ends wins; contact the winner and mark the product as sold.
How long does my product stay on Trooos?
Every product runs for 7 days. After that it’s hidden from buyers. If it hasn’t sold, open it from My products and tap “Republish” to run it for another 7 days. Auctions that ended with bids can’t be republished; contact the highest bidder instead.
Can I change a product after posting?
Yes, you can edit the photos, details and price. The product type can’t change, and the minimum bid is locked once someone has bid.
